1 Jesus spoke these things, and having lifted up his eyes to [the] heaven said, “Father, the time has come. Glorify your son, that the(=your) son might(=may) glorify you.”

2 “As you have given him authority of(=over) all flesh, that he might give eternal life to them all(=all those) that you have given him .”

3 “And this is [the] eternal life, that they may know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.”

4 “I glorified you on [the] earth, having finished the work that you have given(=gave)1 me that I should do(=to do).”

5 “And now, Father, [you] glorify me with yourself (with) the glory which I was having before the world to be(=was) with you.”

6 “I have revealed your name to the men whom you gave me from the world. They were yours and you gave them to me. And they have kept your word.”

7 “Now they have known that everything that you have given me are(=is) from you.”

8 “For I have given them the sayings which you gave me. And they have received (them), and have known truly that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me.”

9 “I am asking about them(=on their behalf). I do not ask about the world(=on behalf of the world), but about (those)(=on behalf of those) whom you have given me, because they are to you(=yours).”

10 “And all mine is(=are) yours, and yours (are) mine, and I have been glorified in(=through) them.”

11 “And I am in the world no longer, and they are in the world. And I am coming (to) you. Holy Father, keep them in your name which you have given me, that they may be one as we are.”

12 “When I was with them, I was keeping them in your name which you have given me, and I guarded. And none of them perished except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.”

13 “And now I am coming to you, and I speak these things in the world, that they may have my joy having been fulfilled in themselves.”

14 “I have given them your word, and the world hated them, because they are not of the world as I am not of the world.”

15 “I do not ask that you should take them from the world, but that you should keep them from the evil one.”

16 “They are not of the world as I am not of the world.”

17 “Sanctify them in the truth. Your word is truth.”

18 “As you sent me into the world, I also sent them into the world.”

19 “And on behalf of them I sanctify myself, that they also may be [having been] sanctified in truth.”

20 “And I do not ask about them(=on behalf of these) only, but also about the ones(=on behalf of those) believing in me through their word,”

21 “that they all may be one, as you, Father, (are) in me and I (am) in you, that they also may be in us, that the world may believe that you sent me.”

22 “And I have given them the glory which you have given me, that they may be one as we (are) one.”

23 “I (am) in them and you (are) in me, that they may be [having been] perfected into one, that the world may know that you sent me and have loved them as you have loved me.”

24 “Father, I wish that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, that they may see my glory which you have given me, because you loved me before (the) foundation of (the) world.”

25 “Righteous Father, the world indeed has not known you, but I have known you. And these have known that you sent me.”

26 “And I made known to them your name, and I will make known, that the love (with) which you loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
