1 “Do not judge, that(# consequence) you might not be judged.”
2 “For in(=with) what judgement you judge, you shall be judged. And in(=with) what measure you measure, it shall be measured to you.”
3 “And why do you see the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the beam in your eye?”

5 “Hypocrite, first take the beam out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.”

11 “Therefore if you, being evil, know how to give good gifts (to) your children, how much more will your Father in [the] heavens give good things (to) the ones asking him?”
12 “Therefore all things whatever you wish that men may(=would) do (to) you, [you also] do so (to) them, for this is the law and the prophets.”
13 “Enter through the narrow gate; for wide (is) the gate and broad (is) the road leading(=that leads) to [the] destruction, and many are the ones entering through it;”
14 “for narrow (is) the gate and pressing(=tight)1 (is) the road leading(=that leads) to [the] life, and few (are) the ones finding it.”
15 “Beware of [the] false prophets, who come (to) you in sheep’s clothes(=clothing), but inwardly are ravenous wolves.”
16 “By their fruits you will recognize them. Do [not, (#expecting the answer No)] they(=people) gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?”
17 “So every good tree makes(=bears) good fruits but the rotten tree makes evil(=bad) fruits.”
18 “A good tree is not able to make(=bear) evil(=bad) fruits, (nor can) a rotten tree make(=bear) good fruits.”
19 “Every tree not making(=bearing) good fruit is cut down and thrown into fire.”
20 “Thus by their fruits you will recognize them.”
21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter [into] the kingdom of [the] heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father in [the] heavens.”
22 “Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy (in) your name, and cast out demons (in) your name, and do many mighty works (in) your name?”
23 “And then I will declare (to) them, ‘[that] I never knew you, depart from me, you the ones working the lawlessness!’”
24 “Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”
25 “And the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew and stroke against that house, and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.”
26 “And everyone hearing these words of mine and not doing them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.”
27 “And the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell; and great was its fall.”
28 And it came to pass, when [the] Jesus finished these words, the crowds were astonished at his teaching.
29 For he was teaching(=taught)2 them as (the one) having authority, and not as their scribes.
