1 And having seen the crowds, he went up into the mountain. And his having sit down(=when he sat down)1, his disciples came to him.
2 And having open his mouth, he taught them, saying,
3 “Blessed (are) the poor (in) spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.”
4 “Blessed (are) the ones mourning, for they will be comforted.”
5 “Blessed (are) the meek, for they will inherit the earth.”
6 “Blessed (are) the ones hungering and thirsting (for) [the] righteousness, for they will be filled.”
7 “Blesses (are) the merciful, for they will obtain mercy.”
8 “Blessed (are) the pure (in) heart, for they will see [the] God.”
9 “Blesses (are) the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.”
10 “Blessed (are) the ones having been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heavens.”
11 “Blessed are you when they [might] insult you and [might] persecute and [might] say all evil thing against you, lying for my sake,”
12 “rejoice and be glad, for your reward (is) great in [the] heavens, because so they persecuted the prophets (who were) before you.”
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt [might] loses (its) taste, by what will it be salted? It is no longer strong(=good) for anything except having been thrown out to be trampled by [the] men.”
14 “You are the light of the world. A city being set on a mountain is not able to be hidden.”
15 “Nor do they light a lamp and place it under the bushel, but on the lampstand. And it gives light to all (who are) in the house.”
16 “Let your light so shine before [the] men, that they might see your good works and [might] glorify your Father in [the] heavens.”
17 “Do not think that I have come to destroy the law or the prophets. I have come not to destroy but to fulfill.”
18 “For truly I tell you, until the heaven and the earth might pass away, one iota or one serif(=least stroke) might(=will) never pass away from the law, until all [might] is accomplished.”
19 “Therefore whoever might(=shall) break one of the least of these commandments, and might(=shall) teach [the] men so, he shall be called least in the kingdom of [the] heavens. But whoever might(=shall) do and might(=shall) teach (one of the least), this one will be called great in the kingdom of [the] heavens.”
20 “For I tell you, ‘[that] Unless your righteousness [might] exceeds more (than the righteousness) of the scribes and Pharisees, you might(=will) never enter into the kingdom of [the] heavens.’”
21 “You have heard that it was said (to) the ones of old time, ‘You shall not kill, and whoever [may] kills shall be subject to [the] judgment.’”
22 “But I say (to) you, [that] Everyone being angry to his brother shall be subject to [the] judgment. And whoever [might] says (to) his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be answerable to the Sanhedrin. And whoever [might] says, ‘You fool!’ shall be liable to the hell of fire.”
23 “Therefore if you [may] bring your gift to the alter and there [might] remember that your brother has something against you,”
24 “leave there your gift before the alter, and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then having come, offer your gift.”
25 “Be having good will to(=Agree with) your accuser quickly, while you are on the way (to court) with him, lest the accuser [might] deliver you to the judge, and the judge to the officers, and you will be thrown into prison.”
26 “Truly I say (to) you, ‘You will never come out there until you might pay(=have paid) the last penny.”
27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’”
28 “But I say (to) you, ‘[that] Everyone seeing a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.’”
29 “And if your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and cast (it) from you. For it is good (to) you that one of you members should perish and your whole body should not be thrown into hell.”
30 “And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it out and throw (it) from you, for it is good (to) you that one of your members should perish and your whole body should not go into hell.”
31 “And it was said, ‘Whoever [might] divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’”
32 “But I say (to) you, ‘[that] Everyone divorcing his wife except (the) reason of fornication makes her to commit adultery. And whoever [might] marries (a woman) having been divorced commits adultery.’”
33 “Again you have heard that it was said (to) the ones of old time, ‘You shall not break your oath, and you shall perform to the Lord your oaths.’”
34 “But I say (to) you not to swear at all, neither by the heaven, for it is (the) throne of God;”
35 “nor by the earth, for it is (the) footstool of His feet; not by Jerusalem, for it is (the) city of the great King.”
36 “Nor might(=shall) you swear by your head, for you are not able to make one hair white or black.”
37 “And let your word be , ‘Yes, Yes,’ or ‘No, No,’ for the thing going beyond these is(=comes) from [the] evil (one).”
38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’”
39 “But I tell you not to resist [the] evil one, but whoever strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.”
40 “And to the one willing to sue you and to take your tunic, let him have the(=your) cloak also.”
41 “And whoever will force you to go one mile, go with him two (miles).”
42 “To the one asking you, give. And do not turn away the one wishing to borrow from you.”
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor, and you shall hate your enemy.’”
44 “But I say (to) you, ‘Love your enemies, and pray for the ones persecuting you,’”
45 “so that you might become sons of your Father in heavens, for he makes his sun rise on (the) evil and on (the) good, and send rain on (the) righteous and (the) unrighteous.”
46 “For if you [might] love the ones loving you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?”
47 “And if you [might] greet your brothers only, what do you do more (than others)? Do not even the Gentiles do the same?”
48 “Therefore, be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect.”
