(=alt.word)  ·  (added word)  ·  [omit]

Paul, an apostle, not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God (the) Father having raised him from (the) dead,

and all the brothers with me, To the churches of Galatia.

Grace (to) you and Peace from God our Father and (the) Lord Jesus Christ

of the one having given(=who gave) himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of God and our Father,

to whom (be) the glory forever and ever. Amen.

I am astonished that you are so quickly turning away from the One having called you in(=by) (the) grace of Christ, to a different gospel,

which is not another, except that(=but) there are some troubling you and wishing to pervert the gospel of Christ.

But even if we or an angel from heaven [may] preach a gospel (to) you other than what we preached to you, let him be a curse(=accursed)!

As we have previously said, so now I say again, if anyone preaches (to) you a gospel other than what you have received, let him be a curse(=accursed)!

For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? If I were still pleasing men, I would not be a slave of Christ.

For I make known to you, brothers, that the gospel having been preached by me is not according to man.

For I did not receive it from man, nor was I taught (it), but (I received it) through a revelation of Jesus Christ.

For you heard of my behavior(=manner of life) then(=at one time) in [the] Judaism, that I was violently persecuting the church of God and was destroying(=tried to destroy) it.

And I was advancing in [the] Judaism beyond many (Jews) of my own age, being more exceedingly a zealot(=zealous) of(=for) the traditions of my fathers.

But when the One, having separated me from my mother’s womb and having called (me) through His grace, was pleased

to reveal His Son in me, that I may(=might) preach him in the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with flesh and blood(=any man),

nor did I go up to Jerusalem to the(=those who were) apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia, and I returned again to Damascus.

Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Cephas, and stayed with him fifteen days.

But I saw none of the other apostles except James, the Lord’s brother.

And what I am writing to you, behold, (it is) before [the] God - [that] I do not lie.

Then I went into the regions of Syria and [of] Cilicia,

And I was being unknown (by) face to the churches of Judea (which were) in Christ.

But they were hearing(# periphrastic imperfect) only, “[that] The one formerly persecuting us is now preaching the faith which he once was destroying(=tried to destroy).”

And they were glorifying [the] God in me(=because of me).
