This (is the) third time (that) I am coming (to) you. “Every word(=matter) shall be established at(=by) (the) mouth of two or three witnesses.”
I have already said and foretell, as being present(=as if I were present) the second time, and now being absent, to the ones having previously sinned and all the others, that if I [might] come(# eventual condition) in the again(=another time), I will not spare (them),
since you seek a proof of Christ speaking(=that Christ is speaking) in me, who is not weak toward you, but is powerful in you.
For he was crucified from(=in) weakness, but he lives from(=by) (the) power of God. For we are weak in him, but we will live with him from(=by) (the) power of God toward you.
Examine yourselves, whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize(=know) yourselves, that Jesus Christ (is) in you? - unless, you are ones not passing the test(=those who fail the test)?
And I hope that you will know that we are not ones not passing the test(=those who have failed the test).
And we pray to [the] God you not to do(=that you will not do) anything wrong, not that we might(=may) be shown ones passing the test(=those who have passed the test), but that you may do the good(=what is right), and(=even though) we may be as ones not passing the test(=may seem to have failed).
For we cannot do anything against the truth, but for the truth.
For we rejoice when we [may] are weak and you are strong. (And) this also we pray for, your perfection.
Therefore I write these things being absent(=while I am absent), so that being present(=when I come) I might(=may) not treat severely according to the authority that the Lord gave me for edification(=building up) and not for destruction(=tearing down).
Finally, brothers, farewell. Be perfect, be comforted, be of one mind, live at peace; and [the] God of love and peace will be with you.
Greet one another in(=with) a holy kiss. All saints greet you.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit (be) with you all.
