(=alt.word)  ·  (added word)  ·  [omit]

And the Sabbath’s having passed(=when the Sabbath was past)1, Mary the Magdalene and Mary the (mother) of James and Salome bought spices so that they, having come, might anoint him.

And very early (on) the first day of the Sabbaths(=week), they come to the tomb, the sun’s having risen(=when the sun had risen)2.

And they were saying to one another, “Who will roll away (for) us the stone from the entrance of the tomb?”

And having looked up, they see that the stone has been rolled away, which was very large.

And having gone into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting in the right sides (and) having dressed (in a) white robe. And they were alarmed.

And he says (to) them, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene having been crucified. He was risen(=has risen). He is not here. Look, the place where they laid him.”

“But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he is going before you to [the] Galilee. There you will see him, as he told you.”

And having come out, they ran away from the tomb because trembling and astonishment were taking(=had seized) them. And they said nothing (to) none(=anyone), because they were being afraid(=were afraid).

And having risen early (on) the first day of the Sabbath(=week), he appeared first (to) Mary [the] Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons.

That (woman), having gone, reported to the ones having been with him, (who were) mourning and weeping.

And those, having heard that he is alive and has been seen by her, disbelieved.

And after these things, he appeared in another form (to) two of them walking (and) going into the country.

And those, having gone, reported (it to) the rest. (But) they did not believe them.

And afterwards, he appeared to the eleven reclining(=being at table), and rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart because they did not believe the ones having seen him, having risen(=after he was risen).

And he said (to) them, “Having gone into all the world, proclaim the gospel to all creation.”

“The one having believed and having been baptized will be saved. But the one having disbelieved will be condemned.”

And these signs will follow the ones having believed. In my name they will cast out demons. They will speak (with) new tongues.

And in the hands3 they will take up(=pick up) serpents. And if they might drink any deadly thing, it might not hurt(=will not hurt)4 them. They will lay (their) hands on (the) sick, and they will be well(=will recover).

So then the Lord Jesus, after [the] having spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat at the right (hand) of God.

And those, having gone out, proclaimed everywhere, the Lord’s working with and confirming(=the Lord worked with them and confirmed)5 the word by the signs following.
