And about the collection for the saints, as I directed the churches of Galatia, you also, do so.
On the first (day) of every week(=Sunday)1, let each of you put (something) aside, storing up whatever he may afford, that there may not be collections when I come.
And when I [might] arrive, I will sent those whom you [might] approve by letters to carry your grace(=gift) to Jerusalem.
And if it [may] is fitting(=advisable) (for) me to go also, they will go with me.
And I will come to you when I go through Macedonia, for I am going through Macedonia.
And perhaps I will stay with you or even spend the winter, so that you might(=may) send me (on my journey) wherever I [may] go.
For I do not want to see you now in passing, for I hope to stay some time with you, if the Lord [might] allows.
And I will stay in Ephesus until [the] Pentecost,
for a great and effective door has opened to me, and (there are) many opposing ones.
And if Timothy [might] comes, see that he might(=may) be fearlessly with you, for he does the work of (the) Lord, as I also (do).
Therefore let no one despise him. And send him (on his way) in peace, so that he might(=may) come to me; for I am expecting him with the brothers.
And about Apollos, the brother: I urged strongly(# accusative for adverbial) him that he would go to(=to visit) you with the brothers, and it was not at all (his) will that he would go to(=to visit) now, but he will go when he [might] has opportunity.
Watch, stand firm in the faith, be brave, be strong.
Let your all things be in love.
And I urge you, brothers – you know the household of Stephanas, that it is (the) first fruit of Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the ministry (for) the saints
that you also may submit to such ones and to everyone working together and laboring. 17 And I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas, Fortunatus and Achaicus, that these have filled up (for) your absence.
For they refreshed my spirit and yours. Therefore, recognize such ones.
The churches of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla greet you many(=warmly)2 in (the) Lord, with the church in their house.
All brothers greet you. Greet one another in(=with) a holy kiss.
(I am writing) the(=this) greeting (with) my own hand, Paul’s.
If anyone does not love the Lord, let him be a curse. Maran(=Our Lord)3 atha(=has come)4!
The grace of the Lord Jesus (be) with you.
My love (be) with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
